Initially set up in 2000 as a business that offered ply-lining services to van owners; today Vantage is a leading vehicle conversion specialist that transforms commercial vehicles for major fleets and bespoke one-offs.

Whilst ply-lining is still a service Vantage offers, our product range now includes a complete range of internal and external fittings that we use to convert any commercial vehicle model into the work tool it needs to be.

We started life in a haulage yard in Nedge Hill (Telford) 16 years ago, moving shortly afterwards to a small site at Halesfield 23 (Telford) where we expanded quickly to a footprint of over 8,000 sq ft.

In December 2015 we moved to our current premises at Halesfield 8 (Telford) where we have significantly expanded our workshop facilities to 25,000 sq ft plus a hard standing secure storage facility of a further 46,000 sq ft.

Our new site – with its ease of access for vehicle delivery and collection, and ample storage – offers essential facilities for our growing number of clients with multiple vehicles requiring conversion.

Vantage has specialist expertise in working with vehicle fleets, vehicle rental companies, commercial vehicle manufacturers and utility and communications providers. Importantly for our clients, we have ‘Conformity of Production’ (COP) certification authorising us to complete conversions prior to vehicle registration.

Vantage also has a specialist sister company – Dogtran – that specialises in providing animal transit solutions.
